Soccer referee, the man on the field we love to hate and complain about. He is there to make decisions about things that happen in seconds, based on there knowledge and understanding of laws of the game. It's a tough job.
Mistakes, bad decisions and wrong interpretations of the rules by referees are part of a soccer game, even at the highest professional level. Unfortunately it happens too often, especially at youth level, where demand for good soccer referees is much bigger than "supply".
We all know that bad officiating might significantly affect an outcome of a soccer game. It can also have a disturbing impact on parents, coaches and most importantly on young players.
