Developed with help of soccer legend Zinedine Zidane, the new Power-Swerve shoe brings the new Smart Foam technology, redesigned Power Pulse system, enhanced Predator technology in the Swerve Zone at the side of the shoe, smaller but stronger External Heel Counter and different, in my opinion, very interesting appearance.
Available in a choice of three sole plates designed to cover any surface or condition, the Adidas Predator Power Swerve is set to become another iconic model of Predator cleats.

For all of you shopping for Adidas Predators I put together a page with real feeds from several online stores. You can compare the prices of all Predators (currently on the market) in one place, including Absolions and Absolados . Hope that'll help.
Don't forget to look over the Ebay Listing. The chances are you'll come across a good bargain.
I have never seen new models of soccer cleats being released so often. And it's not just by Adidas and Nike. New, improved models by Umbro, Puma, Diadora, even Reebok flood the soccer market.
I guess the race is on...
The Predator Power Swerve brings us few interesting changes:
Predator elements are placed not just on the forefoot area but on the side of the shoe (Swerve Zone).
Predators are covered with Smart Foam (Power Zone).
The Power Pulse element is filled now with powdered metal, which shifts like salt in half full shaker (Dynamic Power Pulse).
Smaller Heel Counter that reduces pressure on Achilles Tendon while still providing good support and stability.
Will all these changes improve your performance?
Scientifically, in comparison to its predecessor, according to Adidas, the Predator Power Swerve can achieve up to eight percent more swerve and increase the power behind every shot by around three percent.
In reality, if you really believe these cleats will lift your game to a next level, I am afraid you might be a little disappointed. Not that I question Adidas' scientific tests but without skills and technique, speed and strength and...some talent, shoes won't help you much.
Of course the Predator Power Swerve are an awesome cleats, no doubt about it.
Are they better than Absolutes?
I guess they have to be, to some extend at least. After all, many smart, well educated professionals worked very hard to make them enhanced.
I know one thing for sure. They are very, very comfortable. And this is the most important of all.
I indeed had a chance to test them only for a couple of hours but it was a positive experience for me. But so was the experience with Predator Pulse and Absolute.
Although I have to confess that my shots and passes were very crisp, powerful and mostly on target. Yet I think I just had a good day.
But who knows, maybe I am wrong. Maybe the Predator Power Swerve cleats are magical.
