Signs of a Bad Referee

Referee will be always bad when he/she assumes he/she is:

  • so experience that he has seen everything.
  • so smart that he can't learn something.
  • so sure that he can't miss a call.
  • so good that he can't get better.
  • so proud that he can't admit making a mistake.
  • so right that he can't listen and talk to players and coaches.
  • so perfect that he shouldn't seek help when he needs it.
