During the checkout process, you will be asked for the Recipient's Name, the Recipient's E-Mail Address (REQUIRED), and your gift message to the Recipient.
Two days after your purchase, the Recipient will receive e-mail with a Gift Certificate Code and your message.
WISH LIST - It's very simple. Every item has an "Add to my wish list" option and could be saved in your wish list. However, you need to create your account first. Fortunately they don't ask for much, just your full name and Email. It takes seconds.

SALE PAGE - Despite that it seems like everything is on sale these days, sometimes you can find real bargain here. So make sure you check this out.
CUSTOMIZATIONS - they offer a wide variety of customization options including front and back numbers, names, and authentic league badges for… additional charge, of course (usually around $10).
Unfortunately you can personalize only jerseys and replicas (at least I couldn't find anything else that was available for this process…you know like shoes or hats). It is little disappointing but the worst part is that not all jerseys can be customized and you won't know which one until you get to the product page.
Please note that they do not accept returns on personalized items for any reason, so be careful.
Policies
PAYMENT POLICY - You may pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
They also accept checks, money orders, and Western Union Quick Collect payments payable in US dollars. If you are using this payment option, you have to fill out the Order Form, mail it with your check enclosed and…wait for your order to arrive much longer.
Orders shipping to Alabama or North Carolina require 7% sales tax.
SECURITY - Secured SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology.
This SSL technology scrambles all your personal information - including credit card number, name, and address - so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. Then the information could be only decoded by secure software of the receiver it was sent to. So no worries here.
SHIPPING - Primary carriers are UPS and USPS, but your order might arrive via another carrier.
Shipping department operates Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Addresses inside the United States, its territories, and US military post offices are considered domestic addresses.

RETURN POLICY - Nearly everything can be refunded or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, with just two exceptions:
- Gift certificates
- Customized items
Refund doesn't include shipping costs, only merchandise …unless there is an error on their part.
All parts of merchandise have to be in original, brand-new condition, showing no sign of customization, wear, or use of any kind. If returning a video, CD, DVD, calendar, or game, it has to be unopened and sealed inside its plastic wrap.
You have to enclosed all the original tags, badges, plastic wrap, box, wrench, etc. that arrived with your merchandise. If the item arrived as a set, you are expected to enclose all parts of the set, tops, bottoms, inserts, etc.
If you believe you have received the wrong item or a defective, WSS will extend your returns period to 60 days while they work with you to get you a replacement. What important here is they do not necessarily expect a defective item to be in original condition. They expect it to show signs of normal usage consistent with its purpose.
